April Showers Bring May Flowers

At least that's what I want to believe. This past week here in Utah has been a bit of a drag! The weather has been very grim.. leaving me in a state of depression. It's April! I would love for it to feel like it outside! Well the positive is that being stuck inside gives me an excuse to put an arrangement together! 

Breanna's Birthday.

My sister-in-law (so weird to write that) Breanna just celebrated her 14th birthday. In honor of this marvelous occasion I thought Anemones were in order. I spent weeks gawking at Anemones on other blogs! Their paper like quality petals and button centers add so much depth and richness to the flower, they are absolutely breathtaking. So when I thought about Breanna's birthday, I knew I HAD to use them! I paired the white Anemones (with the dark centers - the most stunning color combo of Anemones) with pink and peach Ranunculus.
